My dear friend Richard Shaw gave me boxes and boxes of wood type. I wanted to have a way to show how beautiful it is. After thinking and experimenting I decided to blind print to accentuate the tactile quality that letterpress has. It's also a conceptual piece in the Dada tradition in that it is not a poem; but of course it is a poem.
